Why I changed my blog name.

So today is the day. I’ve changed all things from my once Savvy Girl Entrepreneur brand that was dedicated to helping women with their entrepreneurial ventures, to now just being me. Lauri-Ann Ainsworth.

This is the first time I’m ok with using my own name and putting my face at the forefront and being vulnerable. I’m not afraid to show the real me anymore.

My turning point

Last year, something shifted in my life and I stopped everything. I stopped all the personal projects that I was working on and just started reading and learning about all things Divine Feminine, lunar cycles, manifesting, mindfulness and self-healing.

It has been one of the most transformational periods of my life! I started practicing Reiki and loved it so much so that I’ve now become a certified Reiki Master.

My journey continues as I continue to learn and grow. So many positive things have happened in my life since then and I want to share what I’ve learned with others.

I’m still working in the entrepreneurial space and I’m happy to continue to support the ecosystem. However, I won’t be using this space to discuss that or digital marketing anymore. Maybe one day I’ll come back to it. But for now, my path is clear and I am being called to serve in a different way.

If you’re interested in following me on my journey, welcome! If this isn’t your cup of tea, no judgment here – it was nice knowing you.

I’m very excited and looking forward to the future.

What do I have planned?

  • I’ll be offering Reiki to support people to heal, find balance, and start living a fully inspired life. I’ll be doing this for both distance healing and in-person sessions.
  • I’m now training to be a life coach with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy and I hope to learn the skills that will help me to support other women on their journey. Doing this course has been transformative for me already and I can’t wait to continue and see where it takes me.
  • I’ll be posting blogs about my own self-care rituals that I hope will inspire you.
  • I’ll be sharing resources about lunar cycles and how to better work with the natural rhythms of your body and energies of the moon.

There’s a lot more in store and I’ve never been so excited and scared at the same time. This is it. This is me. I hope you’ll join me for the ride.
